Influenced by Scandinavian design, this curvaceous clock is constructed from select hardwoods and veneers in a rich Tuscany Cherry finish with light distressing. Special details include a convex glass crystal on the hinged top door, and decorative carved accents with the crowning touch provided by a turned urn finial. The finial and finial base are removable.
The antique dial features Roman numerals, black serpentine hands and a separate track for counting seconds. The wood pendulum is accented by brushed antique brass to match the weight shells. Beveled glass on the mid-door emphasizes the clocks curved shape and the sculpted base are enhanced with carvings and a decorative cutout. The clock features a cable-driven, Westminster chime Kieninger movement with an automatic nighttime chime shut-off option. Adjustable corner levelers provide stability on uneven and carpeted floors and the locking door provides added security.
